Vega® Star Silver-E is a high-quality set-top that is ideal for medium and large-sized Video Conferencing sessions requiring enhanced audio and video quality. Its integrated Multipoint Conferencing Unit (MCU) connects up to 5 sites in mixed mode (ISDN and IP), with convenient dial-out and dial-in (Meet Me) configuration.
Continuous Presence feature enables participants at all sites to view one another simultaneously.

SIMULTANEOUS DUAL-STREAM VIDEO
Convenient XGA input and output ports provide one-step PC plug-in or LAN connection for simultaneous dual-stream video and live PC presentations with enhanced images.

SUPPORTS MULTIPLE CONNECTIVITY
Available in several versions: for connections at 1 BRI, 3 BRI, 4 BRI, 6 BRI over ISDN (options) and up to 2 Mbps over IP as well as leased lines X21, V35, RS449, RS530 (option).

Vega Star Gold is a high-performance system at the cutting-edge of set-top technology. It is ideal for medium videoconference sessions that require enhanced audio and video quality and is available in two versions: 6 BRI (up to 768kbps over ISDN and 2Mbps over IP) and PRI (up to 2Mbps over both ISDN and IP), conforming to H.320/H.323 standards.

The multi-standard MCU (IP, ISDN and IP+ISDN) provides multiple conference connections with Continuous Presence, allowing users to see simultaneously the participants at up to 7 sites at 128kbps. Vega Star Gold also has optional encryption capabilities to protect the transmission of audio, video and data.

It supports integrated file management, giving participants at every location the possibility to share and manage the same applications (including PowerPoint). The user can also connect his PC/notebook directly to the system to show presentations or any other software applications to all sites.

Thanks to these features, Vega Star Gold makes remote collaboration completely natural and fully interactive, allowing businesses to communicate more effectively.
